Did the Democrats hold off on committee investigations while the FBI was conducting a criminal investigation of Trump? No. I didn't think so. I like Lindsey but he has a track record of talk, no walk. He wants to come in after everything is laid bare, and check which way the political winds are blowing, and then he can swoop in and be some kind of hero (in his own mind, anyway).
