I always took the phrase "home of the brave" to be a double entendre where there is the obvious meaning. But also meaning that America is the home of the "Indian brave" Key wrote the song in 1812, so there is some chance he meant it to be, but no references that I can find that was his intention.

Looks like this place is a combination gas station and BBQ restaurant in Nashville Tennessee. They catch a bunch of shit for having a flashing neon sign with pro Trump messages below their gas prices. Can't find a website, but their phone number is super easy to find in the search engine of your choice. Check out their merch, it's pretty cool

I've done a bit more research, and it would seem to confirm that this is the Lewis Country Store found at 5106 Old Hickory Boulevard, Nashville, TN. So, if folks in the area want to give them business, go right ahead. From what I've read, they make great sandwiches and are triggering snowflakes left and right with their pro-Trump attitudes! ^_^

They have NO legal basis to do any such thing. They never did. You can't quarantine the healthy. There is neither law nor precedent to shut down even one whole community.
There is, however, legal right to enforce 6' of separation between people. The phrase "pick your battles" would be good here. They do expose themselves to some risk in that regard.
They can try. A business in Florida got shut down, sued, and the government dogs dropped the case. They know Damn good and well what they're doing is not legal and will not hold up in court. I never thought I'd be saying this, but the more lawsuits the better.

This business is a former client of mine from when I lived in Nashville. The owners are a former Ranger and a truly badass woman, EXTREMELY BASED. Highly recommending stopping by if you are on your way from Nashville to Ashland City up Hwy 12.
