Yup, while the rest of us were unable to get our boats on the lake or even get inside the lake the California fish and game was out there on their taxpayer funded boat catching fish. So these same jackasses who will gladly give you a ticket for fishing were....fishing with the lake all to themselves.

I have seen this on lakes that are closed to the public in California before.
Specifically Calavaras reservoir in Santa Clara county.
These same people were ticketing people for fishing from shore a few weeks ago.
