MA residents will face a $300 fine for not wearing a mask in public starting May 6. Gyms are still closed. I run every other day around my neighborhood. Tell me how I am supposed to wear a mask while running several miles. I will pass out for sure from lack of airflow. What would you do?

Don't wear one obviously. Private businesses can ask you to, the government cannot force you to wear or buy anything.
Run faster, they try to catch you if it’s worth it to them
Wear a hockey mask. Carry a machete. XD
$300 fine!? I didn't see anything about a fine!? It was stated that you only need to wear one when you can't maintain "social distancing". You don't need it when you're running. Unless this is some local city/town ordnance you're dealing with.

You don't have to wear it if you "social distance." Should be easy to maintain while out jogging. You're also allowed to say you can't wear one due to a medical condition, and you can't be challenged on that.
I go first with, don't wear one. then I'd have one in my pocket that I had taken a pair of scissors to and cut a slit across the mouth to allow for more air flow.
