Simple: context.

Reasonable people understand why these two items are in conflict with one another.

It wasn’t made for reasonable people though.

He is speaking to NY cops, then years later Trump leaves to FL, then this happens?

Was he speaking to NY cops about how to treat people that violate social distancing? Was he speaking to NY cops about how to treat people that are jay walking? Was he speaking to NY cops about how to treat people that are assaulting someone?

Or was it just a blanket order: rough all people up?

Context matters.

So, I looked it up. I guess the context was rough up suspected MS13. These guys MS13?

The people violating social distancing? This is what I mean about context. Trump wanted someone else roughed up for a specific reason and it wasn’t social distancing. He thinks all this “social distancing violation” junk is overreach.

Unless you can show me a quote of Trump praising police for roughing up social distancing violators, this is just a poor meme from the left intended to hype their echo chamber.

I never said Trump caused this.
