I don't get how you can be liable criminally for giving legal advice, investment advice etc when you have no qualification in these fields.. but medical advice and even orders from people with no qualifications or license to practice medicine is somehow allowed?

NYS did away with religious objection last year and prohibited students that weren't vaccinated from attending public schools. I met a woman with a 14 year old daughter who was not permitted to attend school because of this new law. They wouldn't even provide her with the books so she could homeschool her child, nor the lesson plan or homework until her child was vaccinated. It's happening and this will be the mechanism because this woman caved and got her child vaccinated.

When signing my daughter up for (Ohio) state run homeschool via web tools she still had to show vaccines were up to date to complete enrolling.

California did get rid of it. Two years ago. We’re down to medical exemptions only, and they have made those almost impossible to get.
Your state doesn't get highway money unless you pass a law mandating employers require this new vaccine we just came up with
