The word Minnesota means "Land of Sky Blue Waters". The same Ojbwe artist created the Hamm's Beer logo (it used to be very popular in Minnesota) with the slogan "Land of Sky Blue Waters" Both Hamm's and Land of Lakes have a had a long tradition in the past of hiring American Indians and honoring the Native roots of red Minnesota.
As a card carrying Ojibwe, I am really, really disappoint to see Mia being disappeared because some SJW activists have no respect for tradition and culture and would rather disappear us than engage with us on our terms.

Hamm's used to be very popular in the 60's and 70's. My father had a second job at a liquor store, and I remember the Hamm's bear very well.
