While I do see a lot of millennials doing the "do what the Gov't says!" I'm amazed at the amount of ex-hippie and protestor types that are in the "fall in line" crowd. What happened to "THE MAN CAN'T TELL ME HOW TO LIVE!" mindset that used to be there?
I even see my old college friends, who used to get riled up at "no candles in the dorm" rules or we're a "dry campus" (sure we are.) and willingly gave the finger to the dean, who are now rolling over for all this. They post about following the rules that the state gives, don't do this, you must do that, don't go to the store...the clincher is that one of them hasn't paid taxes in probably 10 years. He was just complaining that he's not getting any TrumpBux, and then in the same voice tells about everyone pulling along for "the good of the many".
Just amazing to see the ex-rebels fall, willingly, to the whims of the government.
The rebels from the 60s were leftists who didn't really care about free speech, rights, and authority. All along, they only wanted power.

Hippies were 'The Left'. I can't believe how long it took me in life to understand that seemingly simple concept. why they spit on our veterans coming home from 'nam. Flower Children full of estrogen-soaked bliss and drugs who were stupidly vicious at the same time! I was an observer of all of that, the cops on every corner in Hollywood, cops were The Man, still are. Lefties are the most illogical and confused people.

People who took drugs in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s are so riddled with weak reasoning and the consequences of their own horrible life choices that they have no ability to reason it through and stick it to anything, much less The Man - especially when The Man is now staffed by their own kind.
