After an abundance of caution the company is doing its own internal "contact tracing" and taking measures to assure that this employee has not spread it around to other employees. The facility has been on a <50% rule - if you can work from home, you work from home.

I normally work from home (I'm in another state), so unless the IT system goes down I'm not otherwise impacted.
