Why does Congress not want the 5 minute test by Abbott Labs? Even McConnell denied it. Do they know something we don't?

I find it strange that they are denying the tests from Abbott Labs that takes 5 minutes. Pelosi and McConnell wrote a letter passing on the quick tests to get back to work. Now we see Trump taunting them on Twitter.

Does anyone know why they would deny the service? Seems they would be open to using what is being used on the populace.

Is Trump promoting it? Yes

Will it look good for Trump? Yes

Is it helpful to combat the pandemic? Yes

Will it help speed up the reopening of the economy? Yes

Theres your answers because Dems are against all of these.
