Alt right was a term co-opted by people who call us nazis. Alt-Right used to mean you were a conservative who wasn't a supporter of Republican Inc (ie RINOs). We allowed them to define that term for us because what it originally meant was too powerful.

Paleoconservative is the more traditional way of describing the real (anti-neocon) conservatives of the Goldwater/Buchanan/Gottfried type. What a shame that the neocons have so bastardized what the public perceives to be the Right that the real Right has to call itself alt-right, huh?
