I run a company with about 70 people. We're an essential business, so we have been working. I have a few employees that decided to start wearing masks all the time, just this week. None of them are elderly or infirm; I think they are just going along with the societal pressure they experience in the grocery store.

I'm not going to call them out on it right now, but I do question the mental toughness of these employees, and their judgment. Why would you start wearing a mask two months after this bullshit started? It has to be peer pressure.

I don't need sheep in my company, I need wolves who can think for themselves. In the months and years to come, these employees will not be promoted, and will eventually be culled for other reasons.

I won't forget.

Agreed I look at my employees and their actions both in the short term and long term. what people dont understand is that its not usuallyany one thing but you can see a trend in some that make them unsuited for the work. If/when the time comes to lose a few they are on the top of the list

Isn’t that the truth. I have unmitigated rage against basically all my pathetic cowardly neighbors right now. I won’t forget.

I’ve read those godless tards, theStoics. And all the philosophers. There’s a time to be calm and there’s a time to have rage. If you’re always angry then you’re ruled by your emotions, sure that’s weakness. If you’re angry when it’s appropriate then you can use it. You think Patrick Henry wasn’t angry??

What makes you assume that my rage isn’t controlled? What makes you think that a reasonable emotional reaction to the current situation is letting other people to rule me? I understand the stoics perfectly. The will is important I don’t deny it but the will is only part of the equation. Furthermore we can disagree without you having to resort to ad hominem attacks. 👍

🙄🙄 just because you don’t understand my argument about the various modes of cognition does not mean it’s not coherent.

But it’s fine you and your fellow Stoic Jack Dorsey and all the other pseudo intellectuals can follow a philosophy they can’t understand because they can’t see it in the greater context of all philosophy including valid criticism.

Furthermore, though Patrick Henry did not fight that does not mean that he wasn’t enormously influential. He had rage and it was put to good use in the forming of the imagination that led people to rise up in arms against oppression.

Screenshot everything, all the dumb shit your liberal friends and family post, screenshot it all and when the swamp draining begins it will be oh so sweet to repost all the garbage and fake news they were eating up . Hahaha it’s a long con, but it’ll be sweet once we see the General Flynn stuff go down and once this great nation reopens.
