I run a company with about 70 people. We're an essential business, so we have been working. I have a few employees that decided to start wearing masks all the time, just this week. None of them are elderly or infirm; I think they are just going along with the societal pressure they experience in the grocery store.

I'm not going to call them out on it right now, but I do question the mental toughness of these employees, and their judgment. Why would you start wearing a mask two months after this bullshit started? It has to be peer pressure.

I don't need sheep in my company, I need wolves who can think for themselves. In the months and years to come, these employees will not be promoted, and will eventually be culled for other reasons.

I won't forget.
