Any employers here, maybe shut the shop all day for the presidential election in November. It can be COMPLICATED to get to vote, wait on line, drive your cynical or frail friends or relatives to the polls, and on and on. Anybody with a business has a LOT to lose.
I tell everyone women ar addicted to shopping and men sit around with sports and every one has hobbies and non stop kids trophy hand out events. This has led to everyone abandoning their responsibilities being involved in their government. This lockdown is fixing family and killing some distractions. So maybe real priorities emerge from this lockdown. I hope so. I am active duty over 29 years and think to myself did I waste those years.
