The questions were atrocious. It's one thing to throw some hard hitting opposition at Trump, because we know he can handle it. That's not what was going on here.
This was a hit job. The questions were verbatim CNN talking points that have virtually no reflection on what the the American people are actually worried about right now. I don't think Trump handled himself poorly given the circumstances, and his responses hopefully resonated with some folks out there, but people are starting to realize that this is a pandemic being sold to them by every strata of the media and are starting to ask why.
"How hard do you work at suppressing the guilt that haunts you because you know you never pray for the families of those who have died directly due to your indecision and bumbling incompetence?'
Yeah, that's why I turned it off. I was expecting answers about getting things off the ground. Instead we literally got the usual MSM questions but the journalists were hiding behind "regular" people, so Trump couldn't smack them down the way he usually does. 5 questions in, and literally nothing new had been asked.
