Plink with your least expensive platform. Hubby has gotten way more proficient with his 20 gauge Savage (almost $3 a round) after practicing with his other guns. It's definitely not the same, but there is some value in the practice and you won't break bank in the meantime.

I got guns but feeding them is going to kill me. Prices for ammo have gone crazy too.
Here in Cali, they were trying to run a background check for ammo purchases...smh

Beats me. Coronamania closed the most recent gun show in my area. Next one isn't till the Fall.

Look at gun.deals or Bud's. Or even a certain gundeals sub if you want to go to plebbit.
ARs are still crazy affordable.
