The only specific problem is, from an administrative standpoint, the 76 law fails to say it supersedes the 1945 law, or amends it in a particular manner. As a result, the "LAWYER" will determine what the meaning of the word is, is. And we all know how that will play out. Give em a loop hole and they'll drive a truck through it.

But the 45 law only applies to civil unrest, not to national emergencies like natural disasters from my understanding.

"During times of great public crisis, disaster, rioting, catastrophe, or similar public emergency within the state, " I kept the stupid thing. I still can't believe it. All due respect to the 45 Michigan Legislature. I mean, let the Gov make their own laws? Really? You'd think it would have been challenged and thrown out by now.
