Type 4, people who live in states under insane dictators, who are afraid of arrests and megafines for going without one.

My husband was diagnosed with diabetes back in January, and as part of our fight against that, we go for a walk in the park that's conveniently right across the street, and walk for 30 minutes a day. While people in the park are social distancing pretty consistently, I have yet to see one single person wearing a mask or gloves. And as we're in a mixed marriage (me Gen X ; him Baby Boomer) he gets to go to the grocery store for the special Seniors' Only Hour, and thus far none of the grocery stores are requiring masks . Probably 30-35% of the people are doing so voluntarily anyway (and some of them may have pre existing conditions). That's small town Missouri, pop. under 30K
