Make sure she knows it's because of nanny government pricks who only see her as a future tax slave.

This has to be extreme torture to kids. I have three young ones and it's really hard, not just because I have to wrangle them and am limited in what we can do, but because - as I'm sure we all remember from when we were kids - time feels longer to a child. These last couple of months have felt like a lifetime, I'm sure, and even the most well adjusted children in happy homes are going to start suffering due to being cooped up for so long.

Hmmm, kinda makes you wonder how or why some current Governors came to power in the first place. They don’t elect themselves.

The left only cares about mental illness when it suits them.

Yep! Can't ruin their plan of destroying the economy to surpress the conservative party. People committing suicide are just their casualties of war.

My sons an only child and he is definitely going to have issues from this. We have a lot of adults around, but he needs to play with other children.

My daughter is also an only child. She is 5 and I'm trying to change that, but it's God's will at this point. I couldn't imagine losing her. I would die. She seems ok because we live in the country and I have goats and chickens. She spends her day running around with them. I know it's not the same, but she hung out with my younger brother and his girlfriend last weekend. I think she feels pretty cool when she's with them. Plus, I we had been taking her to the parks to walk trails with the dogs. There have been no new cases in our area and counties took Wolf to the supreme court yesterday. It's time to stop this crap.

I lost my ability to have more children when I had my son, and I feel very guilty about it, especially now that he is suffering for it. (Mom guilt) Hes 5 as well. We are in the burbs of upstate NY. Go outside as much as we can and I've started him on some civics lessons. Too bad we arent closer to each other or we could playdate.

I think this speaks as much to the toxicity of online gaming, social media, and the internet in general as it does to the effects of being isolated for long periods of time, while trying to deal with all the frustrations that have come as a result of it.

I've done a good job of getting my son outside every chance I get... Almost every evening we are at a pond catching turtles and frogs, we go on rides and grab ice cream or something when we can.... Be MORE ACTIVE with your kids during this time... Be a parent but be their friend.

This is Heartbreaking. My heart goes out to that dad. I try to bring my kids to parks to run in an open field. They dont understand why they cant go on the playground structure. It is cruel to kids, they dont understand. And its even harder to explain because Im not going to say "you cant see anyone or touch anything because you may get sick and die" because #1 thats rediculous and I don't believe that and #2 that will scare a kid from ever living a normal life. The silver lining is during home school I am educating my child the properly on life, history and science.... basically everything the government has failed them on.

I mean...

We don't know the extent of the father's actions during this scenario; even if we did, the child is still their own complex biological being with feelings and emotions and reactions to stimuli.

It sounds to me like both 1) you didn't have a father, and 2) you are not a father, so you wouldn't be able to really lay any input on this.

It is exactly because I grew up without a father that I can see what an absence of confidence and strength can lead to.

I don’t have to be a father to give an answer in the same way I don’t need to be a woman to say abortion is wrong

To assume that the child was ok before this virus and then to say its the fault of the virus for what happened, is not the truth

So, because he was mostly broken it’s ok for a lying agenda to push him over the edge?

If someone has made the decision that suicide is the only way out, it’s gonna happen. It’s gonna come quietly and surprise the hell out of anyone involved.

The argument I’m getting at, is the reason they were broken to begin with...

The signs are always there

Gotta disagree. If someone wants to hide it. It’s hidden

I’ve known three men that had done it.

Two were as close as brothers, the other was a solider who I spent an entire day with, talking over working on a Humvee.

Didn’t see any of them coming.

With all due respect, none of that proves he is a strong individual. There are millions of people in lockdown; as horrible as losing a job/house/social time all is, if it’s so important that one would take their life for it, then it is too important and need to let go. If it weren’t for the virus, what’s to say the next big event won’t do the same thing...

As is the story of Job 1:13-22 CEV
