Notice how EVERY news outlet including Fox News always reports new cases of the Chinese virus but never mention total tested as a baseline even though testing is ramping up like crazy. As there is more testing there will be new cases of the virus.

What they need to report is % of people that tested positive with total tested as a baseline. This number has been on a decline which is great news.
