This article is a week old now, but there doesn't seem to be much discussion of the incredible details exposed (as they attempt to make excuses for it).
Romney's company, Bain Capital, along with Goldman Sachs and representatives of pharmaceutical companies, edited the reports on treatments for the Chinese virus before the reports were presented to the government to decide where to spend our taxpayer money.
Why are treatments for an epidemic going through financial companies to the Treasury?
"Steve Pagliuca, co-owner of the Boston Celtics and the co-chairman of Bain Capital—as well as one of Dr. Cahill’s investors—helped copy edit drafts of their report, and he passed a version to Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Chief Executive David Solomon. Mr. Solomon got it to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin."
This is EXTREMELY shady. Of course, the media is doing the Deep State's work for them, painting these guys as heroes. How can this process possibly be unbiased with zero oversight? The people leading it are walking conflicts of interest.
More importantly, why is it so important for the financial and pharma industries to be ahead of the research into a cure? Are they that worried about making money from it, or is there something deeper going on here? What kind of opportunity does this create for them besides money?
A lot of money went to the Chinese lab in the first place, and was conveniently pulled right before the virus outbreak.
Who really decides where money gets spent, and what research is conducted in the aftermath? We can already see that it isn't our elected officials. Are we witnessing a much larger operation here? It sure seems like it.
Another user pointed out that Romney was helped early in his career by Robert Maxwell, father of Jeff Epstein's infamous "procurer" Ghislaine Maxwell.
