In fact, they are guilty of treason under us code title 18 section 242: deprivation of civil liberty under color of law. He can go to jail for years for this.

There really needs to be strict enforcement of this.

Citizen arrest, citizen trial, and citizen punishment.

I don't think vigilante justice is a good idea, but pieces of shit like this guy are gonna push people to that point and then be shocked when it happens. We have the rule of law for a reason, and when politicians and their ilk shield themselves from it, law loses its authority. They're the very last people who want to see what happens when the rule of law collapses entirely.

6
CT_MAGA 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is an excellent summary. I keep thinking this.

3
RonaldMcDonald 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is what grand juries are for. Did you go to your grand jury empanelment for your county this year? If you don’t know who they are, how can you inform them of wrongdoing? This was meant to help keep the state in check but has been largely defanged since the courts try to keep the empanelment as well as the names of the individuals secret.

3
AllTheWayTrump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Unfortunately the "rule of law" is only a rule for certain people. When that happens, a little vigilante justice is called for imo and we are far overdue as a country.

2
Mr_Dr_Jullian_Dunbar 2 points ago +2 / -0

something, something, and We The People thing. Dissolving the government and instituting a new one framed with the Founder's Intent of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

It's in the handbook on how to be America.

2
de9ebkmd7 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree completely. Politicians, police, and judges need to understand they have been entrusted to uphold the Constitution and this is absolutely necessary to keep the peace.

5
The_Litehaus_Abides 5 points ago +5 / -0

Is there any way to contact this judge and send this to him? I'd like him to know that the punishment for his crime could go all the way to the death penalty.

4

Jail time = potential beatings, rape, etc (possibly even encouraged by Dem elite) to scare others into submission. Democrats won't hesitate to use violence or threats of it to get what they want.

20
SwampDrainerLocal911 20 points ago +20 / -0

^^^^^^^ This!

They wield this like a weapon, and will turn a blind eye to whatever occurs even during pre-trial incarcerations.

If Lawfare = Warfare, then incarceration = war crimes for those the state wants to silence.

15
RusherOfDin 15 points ago +15 / -0

They actually took a break from court proceedings to watch Greg Abbott announce partial openings of salons this Friday. And then the judge proceeded to admonish her and fine her anyway.

2
DinosaurAlert 2 points ago +2 / -0

Dummy, it is because haircuts last week were a deadly danger to society, but the virus changed so much since then that now we can get haircuts.

cccpneveragain 91 points ago +91 / -0

Good for her. Fight this.

You know what I find really ridiculous, the judge will let her out if she apologizes and admits she was wrong. What bullshit is that? Stroke my ego and I'll reduce your sentence that was BS anyway.

I live near but not in Dallas County. I never before realized to this extent what an absolute disgrace that place is. Same or worse than Austin in my book now.

KekistanPM 102 points ago +102 / -0

I wish I could take credit for this beautiful comment I found on Facebook (I guess it's not a total sewer):

"Giving her the option to grovel to the court proves this is about compliance more than safety."

29
VoterIDMatters 29 points ago +30 / -1

It’s so that she can’t come back and ever say she’s actually not guilty. It’s an authoritarian power play. Straight up oppression.

5
MrQuacker2020 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's how the federal system works in general and why the feds literally have a higher conviction rate than authoritarian third world countries. It's like plea to this charge, OR, try and fight it, but we have the infinite funds, will go after your family, and you'll go bankrupt within weeks. We need an overhaul of the federal system in general it's an absurdity. Then after you plea and try to profess your innocence nobody will believe you because our propaganda networks will do nothing but talk about how you plead guilty.

22
HockeyMom4Trump 22 points ago +22 / -0

And wrong for what? Trying to run her business?

24
cccpneveragain 24 points ago +24 / -0

Pretty much. It's all some made up stuff she's being punished for "contempt of court" I think because they know they don't really have a law on the books validating them to force her to close her business. It really reeks of a judge throwing a hissy fit because someone is defying their authority much more than trying to be fair and just.

16
KnobGoblin 16 points ago +16 / -0

I love how he’s there getting a paycheck to judge her for trying to get hers. Total fucking bullshit.

4

Do you have an actual helpful answer?

8
deleted 8 points ago +8 / -0
4
Ragnar_Danneskjold 4 points ago +5 / -1

That is certainly more helpful than "turn on a TV", but it doesn't work for me since I do not have and will never have TV service. Is that the only way to watch them? There's no online web streaming option or internet simulcast site available for it anywhere?

For a new up and comer network like OANN, I would have guessed and hoped they would have made themselves available via other methods and not just relied on the worn out, tired, obsolete, and limited method of TV service only. It's 2020, not 1987.

8
deleted 8 points ago +8 / -0
5
Kottonballs 5 points ago +6 / -1

There are several and they just announced a few more. You'll have to search for "OANN streaming". I watch it on Roku.

2
deleted 2 points ago +4 / -2
1
bill_in_texas 1 point ago +1 / -0

If you have a Roku, you can subscribe to OANN, it's $ 4.99/month, plus taxes and fees, I'm assuming. I haven't done it because I never gave Roku a credit card to bill stuff to when I set mine up. I may eventually break down and pay the 5 bucks a month for OANN, because everything I have seen from them, I like.

1
unicornpoop 1 point ago +1 / -0

I use the OAN phone app. (free) You can just cast it to your TV if you want it on a big screen. I haven't had network or cable in a decade.

Scary that the only "conservative" to stand up to this bullshit is a female hairdresser while all the "brave patriots" stand in line at Home Depot talking about 1776 on internet forums. For all the talk of soyboys I sure do see a lot of shit talking and zero action from the non-cucks in this country. Don't make boasts you won't back up.

2
Cyer6 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's now been quite of few business owners standing up. Bongino featured the tattoo guy from NC. The restaurant owner up in the northeast, another guy in NYC and so on. But the lady pedes do seem to be making the biggest, boldest stands. The gal in Wisconsin who stood up to the deputies threatening her because she let her kid play with someone else's kid. The Laguna Beach girl who stormed the beach. This lady in Dallas. The mom in Idaho who stood up to the cops at the playground. You're right though. Lots of tough shit talking going on here, and that's about it.

Everyone should donate to her Gofundme. I just sent a small donation. She needs a crack legal team to take this all the way to the Supreme Court if it is necessary. And it sure seems like with a lot of the tyrants in power now, this is going to become very necessary.
