He told me that Papa John is one of the people who stays at this club and is always there with someone else cheating on his wife. Said he is a total scumbag. Along with other privileged billionaires. Place is called Bay Colony Beach Club. One of the richest places in Naples.

This piece of shit wants to level 50,000 sq ft of commercial development that has a great local bar/cafe area for families and working class people to build a massive condo building that will be private. Update: did some research and Rouda was spotted in Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach. Apparently it is the only private beach in California due to being cut off by rocks at the tide line.
