What "jogger" just throws hands at a guy with a gun? I don't know why those guys had guns or wtf they were doing, but it looks to me like he was shot because he attacked one of them and was trying to disarm him.
Maybe they were wrong thinking he was a burglar and had no right to stop him, but you don't then choose to throw fucking hands, which then justifies them defending themselves...
I find the whole incident weird and suspicious which warrants further investigating, but the video is far from "clear" like begging for votes Biden says.
