Yup, the democrat's patron Saint Killary believes only government can create jobs

YOU DIDN'T BUILD THAT!

I don't understand them at all. Their precious CBD shops, and vape shops, tattoo parlors, little scuzzy bars, lousy vegan restaurants, "fine & funky" clothing stores, they're all small businesses.

Holy shit, I had to stop myself there, I almost said, "What the fuck is wrong with Democrats" out loud. I mean, not that it would have mattered. It's just me and the cat sitting here, waiting for the unemployment website to load.

Hey man. Imagine how much more work it takes to make vegan food? You can salt and pepper a ribeye and it's beautiful. Making tofu and kale edible is a task.

19
Caferrell 19 points ago +19 / -0

It is an impossible task - UNLESS you put that Kale in a sauté pan with onions, a little vinegar and three or four strips of bacon.

Drop it into any soup you make.

DoYouBelieveInMAGA 8 points ago +8 / -0

I've always thought it strange that they try to replicate meat flavors in their vegan shit.

And kale chips aren't bad. Throw some Indian spices on em. Easy to make.

This is the answer- I’m an omnivore and I love veggies, and I love meat, and for different reasons and tastes.

I wouldn't know.

Small businesses are completely autonomous. They have as little interaction with the government as possible and just want to be left alone so they can make a living. This is a nightmare for the left.

tombombadil 10 points ago +11 / -1

They want low taxes and less regulation, and they can't line the pockets of politicians. Everything the establishment hates.

This vs big box stores that make big political donations through their PACs that democrats are scared of offending, and who have rooms full of lawyers who would challenge everyone one of them if they tried to shut them down. A small local business they will just squash, but a big store will sue the next day and get damages. Also the big retirement funds are not tied up in stocks of small businesses like they are with the big boxes.

crippling regulations....high fees...corrupt inspectors....high minimum wage...yeah they are for the little guys

10
Former_RM2 10 points ago +10 / -0

James is wrong.

The reason Democrats (and RINOs) and bureaucrats hate small businesses is because they don't have millions of dollars to pay to lobbying firms or campaigns.

If there's no money to be made off them, what good are they? Amiright?

Meme_Too 10 points ago +10 / -0

As long as you can work for yourself, you will never be a slave. That's what they hate. Their vision of themselves as the masters and everyone else as their slave is wrecked by a middle class of independent entrepreneurs.

I live in a very small town in NJ. All the local business (except essential) are closed right now. So, if I want to (I don't), I could go to Walmart right now and buy clothes, but I can't go into my local town and buy clothes, shoes, household goods etc.,. How does this make any sense at all? Obviously trying to kill the small business market. My plan is that as soon as they reopen I will take the money I've saved by not buying Chinese crap from Walmart and spend it where I live. I just hope they can afford to reopen.

Yeah wtf is with these giant company bailouts?

4
Caferrell 4 points ago +4 / -0

Giant companies hire DC Law Firms who grease some Congressmen and the Congressman then adds a rider to some bill that includes relief for the company. Thats the way it works.

Fuckin hate that. You know what that’s why I like Ford. They did things the right way when they market crashed under Barry’s watch.

Part of it goes toward the half-million-dollar per 30 minute talk "speakers tour" featuring Obama and the Clintons.

See what he did there?

“Democratic socialism” polls way higher than straight socialism. It’s just word play.

He switched the words around to peel back the curtain and expose what they really are. Socialist Democrats.

1
RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

So you're saying the 'key' to naming a successful political party is picking the words most likely to invoke emotions.. whatever.. Dem/Socialism is so boring and vague.

We need new parties, like the ...

Free-Gun-Beer-Justice-Sex(above legal age)-Trucks-and Buildings-Capitalist Party.. The FreGuBeer JuSTBuCap party.

Who wouldn't wanna join That.

President Trump should end all press conferences with "In closing, I would like to read an old American proverb" and just randomly read one of Mr. Woods' tweets.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

Or have James Woods present at any press briefings and when Trump is done answering, James sums it up in one or two sentences.

2
iaintgottimetobleed 2 points ago +2 / -0

Small businesses make for a strong middle class. They don't want a strong middle class. They need class warfare. Can't have class warfare when the middle class is strong. They need the few rich on top, and the many poor below angry and complaining all the time.

2
DoYouBelieveInMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Even if this tweet was fire, doesn't stop the fact that this Corona bullshit is gonna shut down a bunch of small businesses and lead to even more considation.

This is why in 2016 pickup trucks with small-business signage had Trump bumper stickers and Mercedes parked at law firms had "I'm With Her" stickers.

It's why Mike Rowe is Trumpian while Strzok is Deep Blue

1
RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't forget the 2013 pick up trucks with Small Town America business signage seen driven in the middle east by ISIL..

Wonder how that happens..

Liberal Politicians hate stories about American small business owners "making it"

1
drsowells1fan 1 point ago +1 / -0

They can't turn a small business into a laboratory for their failed social science experiments.
