Permanent absentee ballot. Don't you actually have to be absent from your polling place to be considered absent. Somene dead would be permanently absent. This is a county clerk makeing this decision?
I'm certain that these are getting sent to all of the nursing homes and that every resident, living or deceased, will somehow all of them will vote straight ticket democrat come November.
