California hasn't been "normal" for years.

But, starting in 2014 when Prop 47 passed and all drugs and theft were effectively legalized, that's when California reached its previous level of Clown World.

Then along came the Chinese Coronavirus and California found a new higher level of Clown World.

What will be next? I'm sure it will be hilarious and terrifying.
