it won't be permanent

it's a brand new virus from a lab that we have no clue about, and the military doesn't even want you if they would have to make sure you have diabetes medication when forward deployed

it's about theoretical combat effectiveness, and it's a pretty smart move as far as I can tell

You may be right and a fellow pede in this thread above stated there were reports that the virus reactivated in several sailors so the military made this move. That makes sense to me if I combine it with your logic. Cheers. Now off to dig a bit on the subject.

The sailors likely never had the virus initially. Probably tested false positive, like the Tanzanian papaya. We're now seeing headlines about mutated forms being able to reinfect. Headlines about a second wave... This is all bullshit designed to preface the narrative coming next fall that we can't go vote safely and must vote by mail.
