The cellphone video is confusing as shit, but putting together the story as told with the video it looks as if they basically had their truck ready to ambush him; it instantly escalated when he tried to evade them and they fired on him. Looks like murder, at least from the story that exists online.

These fellas should be charged and tell their side in court as to why waiting for this guy with guns was their job.
