Absolutely true. The Americans with Disabilities Act lets you get away with pretty much fucking ANYTHING if you claim to have a medical condition or disability. If someone comes into the store with a dog, a customer host can ask "Is that a service animal/" When the person says "Yes," that's IT. No followup questions, no requiring it to wear a vest, no NOTHING. I can go up to work 5 minutes after my shift with my dog, tell the BLATANT lie that she is a service animal that I curiously didn't need for the 9 hours I was just there, and cruise the store for the rest of the day. Masks are the new Service Dog. Or the New Anti-Service Dog. You know what I mean.
