Is Flynn free at the moment? I thought that was supposed to happen by Monday according to his lawyer, but I didn't see any stories about it.
Yes, he’s free. Not free of his trial or exonerated yet. His former corrupt lawyers are still making lame excuses and not turning over documents.
Yep. They just "discovered" several thousand pages of documents that they never gave to Powell after certifying to the court that they turned over everything. And their excuse when translated from legalese was basically, "Oops our bad, sorry if this hurt your case. Not our problem!" Civil suit will be massive.

Yeah, I hope Flyn gets back every penny he had to pay them and then a whole bunch more in "punitive damages".
Also, it's my understanding that Powell is representing him Pro Bono.
A minimum of treble damages and perhaps additional PUNATIVE damages are due, particularly if there are undisclosed conflicts of interest including lawyers fees for his new lawyer's pro bono work @ $2,000/hr.
She said he would be exonerated and the documents that came did exonerate him.
