I looked at those patents. (experience in biotech tech transfer/patents at a University.) What he has are what we call "vanity patents." Use type patents are unenforceable. But the researchers take their papers and turn them into patent applications.
The 4th patent is dead from old age, pretty much. So are the last 3. These were his "interleukin will cure HIV" patents. IL has always gotten a lot of attention, in its various forms. But the idea of cranking up the immune syswtem to fight invaders has traditionally failed, because the immune response is systemic: so yeah, you get extra white blood cells fighting but these are very sticky cells and you're like to get a clot.
This is a poor set of patents--as I said, vanity only, so he can put them on his CV as publications!
I'm hoping the shackles are off in his 2nd term. I hope it will be popcorn time. I think the Deep State knows this and it is why they are doing everything in their power to prevent him.

Maybe you saw that the Texas woman who dared to open her hair saloon got arrested and sentenced by a local judge to jail; the Texas Supreme Court jumped in and said nope--let her go. AG Barr has reminded all the States that our Constitutional Rights Can NOT be violated--and these local or State "Emergency Orders" have no legal status whatsoever. You can't be forced to stay in your home, close your business etc.
In some dire situation, where people were dropping dead on the street, Martial Law could be enforced for order and safety but would definitely not be giviing vaccines--medical care, yes, but a 'vaccine' is a very different deal--it's not a medication, it's a prevantive. And yeah, we all have the right to wreck our health if we like.
