It’s meant to poke fun at “peace be upon him,” which is a phrase that all Muslims are compelled to speak or write after mentioning Muhammad (pigs be upon him), often abbreviated as PBUH or by some squiggly desert scribbles in parentheses. They have this compulsion because according to the Quran, not even the founder of Islam was sure he was going to heaven. Imagine that? Following a guy who himself had no assurance of salvation?
