Yep. Oregonpede here, can attest to how frequently extra ballots show up when people move. It's horrible and disheartening. Lots of conservative voters here who have had essentially no representation since they switched to mail-in.
it should be law everywhere that if someone moves to a different district, as part of the Real Estate process or even just going to the DMV and changing your address, or pretty much anywhere you change addresses officially, that an update be made to the voter registration that removes you from the district you came from and you can't vote in your new district until it has been verified you are off the rolls in the old one.
