Joe didn't understand a single thing Elon was saying on any topic. They're on a different wavelength. Elon is a conceptual thinker and communicates huge concepts in a few words. Joe takes everything literally and doesn't get it. Normally Joe is a good interviewer, but some other kind of person would do a better job with this guy.
