I have a theory that he is trying to be the anti-Bill Gates in an attempt win the favor of the masses without having to be a huge philanthropist. I really want to be a fan and cheer on for red pilled billionaires. But I can't imagine you get into his economic stratosphere without being anti-civilization. Just a theory. The gayboi in me wants to think there are good people with his status that serve the will of Good. But the cynic in me has a hard time believing it's possible.
Elon is what I call a humanist. He wants what he thinks is best for the human race. He is seeing globalization is not that. Obviously just one of many viewpoints he holds, but in this case it’s certainly a good one. I’m not sure about the rest of his views though as I haven’t heard him talk about them much.
