Pennsylvania resident here. Northwest areas such as Kane and St Mary’s and Bradford get to transition to the “yellow zone” tomorrow. Gyms, restaurants, theaters still closed. These regions have very small population density. This is asinine when other states are allowing outdoor dining. I can’t believe Wolf won’t realize that the state is bound to run out of money very quickly. Pennsylvania is not New York and doesn’t have the Wall Street tax money coming in. Even Rhode Island is lifting the stay at home orders this weekend and they have a Democrat governor.
