Not 100% The wiretapping on the campaign was predicated on loose false information which has been proven. I cant remember where but I remember Obama said he wasn't directly involved in it before all the information came out about how it should have never been allowed through fisa. So seems like this may hint that not only did he know about it but he was briefed on or read the transcripts himself implying he was indeed directly involved.
Obama personally chose those he dropped drone strikes on. He called it "Terror Tuesdays" I have no doubt he knew about this. Obama was a micro manager. He famously said he could do the jobs of his political advisors better than they could. No way he would be in the dark about something like this. He had a huge ego. His staff worshipped him. They would never initiate spying like this without presidential support. I'm sure of it.

It's baffling to me when the media describes Trump as a narcissistic maniac, they are actually describing Obama to the tee everytime.
