The Steele bit is arguably worse, but the proof positive isn't quite out.

FBI-to-Informant "We need you to add this to your dossier" Dossier ... "Fixed". FBI-to-Court "Ok, now there's an actual crime involved, can we please have the 'he's an extraordinary spy' version of the warrant?"

The FBI also assessed that he was being truthful and honest when he said that the material was not trustworthy.
