I've seen Trey Gowdy, multiple times over, go on national TV and say he has 100% faith in Muller and his investigation. This was AFTER these hearings took place. That's a fact.
He was right to have faith in the Mueller investigation. It came to the same conclusion that Gowdy already knew, that āthereās not a scintilla of evidenceā of wrongdoing by Trump or anyone in his circle.
What should he have done, say muellerās a dumbshit who couldnāt investigate a lost dog? When you see your enemy making a mistake, do you stop him? Gowdy is a trial attorney he know that if a eyewitness is going to testify that your client was not at the scene, the last thing you should do is try to impugn that witness.
