She said she wouldn't implement it and would work against it. Trump fired her. She probably meant to get fired so she wouldn't be forced to testify anymore because she'd have to explain herself more and also be asked about why she "warned" Trump about Flynn right before Flynn was fired.
Also, Comey's testimony said Obama had him, just Comey, stay after the meeting on January 5, 2017 in the White house but in Yates' telling of it, both she and Comey stayed behind at Obama's request. Interesting that Comey left that out in all his myriad retellings of that January fifth meeting.
