One of my sons is too old to punish, so his punishment if he is being a shitsky is no sugar for X days. It is a punishment we can both live with, and he feels sufficiently punished, while I feel sufficiently not guilty for punishing him.

Tell him how to change a username. If you can't, maybe politely instruct him on how to make a new account. Being a dick to him won't get you anywhere, and frankly calling him a "sperg" was absolutely unnecessary. If he's a troll, just ignore him, but if he's seriously just a normal man trying to work his way around shit, why not help him instead of being a jackass?
