Seems like a lack of common sense , common courtesy, and social skills all around. First with Wal Mart, then with the woman, with the officer (why did he not have back up?) and again with the woman. As said above we only have a fraction of the story. Wal Mart has some responsibility here to ameliorate the situation before it got this bad.
