If I went into my job and intentionally started being wasteful with supplies, throwing inventory away, sat on the shitter while on the clock, and intentionally made my company incur heavier costs, I would be fired. I'd be worse than fired, I'd have security walking me out the door and barring me from the premises under threat of arrest.
That's what the democrat governors and congress are doing.
