At this point even more than new restrictions I want new disincentives. Make it harder for illegals to send money back home. Make it easier to identify and fine businesses knowingly hiring illegals. Cut off all federal funds to states that let illegals use the welfare system or get driver's licenses. Cut off all federal funding to states without voter ID. Jail any public official who aids and abets illegal immigration.
