If I could up-check every single item in this comment I agreed with, there'd be a counter-overflow. :D

The part that's boggling is: This effer is still going on live

Even without any speculation about the origins of our most favorite Chinese import of the year, you can see pieces of it being used directly. "Some internal intelligence reports said it was bad man" ... reports that never made it to the White House. Second fake whistleblower (fired before filing formally -> fake in my book. You don't get your press briefings all lined up in advance man.)

Defective tests? What's that about? Defective gear? What's that about? Critical places getting hit ... when no where else is to that level? What's that about?

I've never seen clearer evidence that a mob can't understand Sun Tzu. I would be a lot more confident if I know precisely what evidence/raid/whatever is going to break the election-rigging that appears to be the sole-remaining plan.

You might enjoy this:

INFORMATION WARFARE: ANATOMY OF A HOAX -- Compares Smollett, Covington, Kavanaugh, Spygate, and Ukraine hoaxes, along the lines of shared characteristic for each.

“Many of these characteristics are hidden from public sight during the initial phases of the hoax. Various tactics are often used at the same time, and a single action can fulfill several characteristics at once. Sometimes the characteristic can only be seen retrospectively, with the hindsight of full information. Therefore, these characteristics are generally organized along the hoaxer's timeline of activity, rather than that of audience awareness.”

Wow. Thank you for the work! The number 4008 comes to mind very strongly. I'll re-read carefully.

(Ponders) A fresh "List of suspect News events, updates (today's date)" would seem like it could include a core link to each hoax to accumulated them all in one place. And a fresh "new list today" link wouldn't be spamming.

That makes the long detailed post "Introduction to WTFBBQ" and "HOWTO Report and detail"

We're currently not all that organized or disciplined.
