I don't think we want to encourage vote by mail even as a joke. In the end, we are not trying to convince the Dems of anything, it's the lawmakers who we want to change, and we already know that they don't listen to their constituents. I think the meme, "don't let Trump cheat, require voter ID" is good cause it encourages a better outcome.
