EU is finished. Watch Italy will be the first to leave the EU after this corona shit is over. Italy kept asking for help from so many of the EU countries and they didn’t get help from a single one while US helped them and gave them equipment. Italy PM even thanked Trump.

I think their media and cucked politicians are trying to memory hole it and are now talking about the amazing help they received from the EU........

They got help eventually but certainly not until after the US stepped in

Yup and knowing the country, the people will just go back into the arms of the EU.

There is also the reality that Italy will screw itself over by leaving the EU

They have a rapidly shrinking population, extremely corrupt for a major European power and very high taxes, which makes tax dodging a public sport.

Leaving the EU might not be the smart thing to do but in the long term, it would be the right thing to do

Not true. The Liga Nord and the 5 star movement were elected to push back against the EU and the open borders crowd. Only after the polling shows Matteo Salvini could be PM without five star did the five star sell out the coalition and join with the leftists. People are pissed about that and next election Liga Nord will have an absolute majority and tell the EU to pound sand. The ligas leader Salvini is a celebrity. The ladies come up to him in bikinis and pose with him. He's called left politicians cucks to their face...and he's a Trump fan.

Hasn't the courts come down on Salvini?

Isn't pretty much all his policies pushed back by the leftists successfully?

Maybe I've been watching Fake News but it seems for every step forward, Salvini and Liga Nord are pushed back two steps by the courts

Don't hold your breath. The EU is about to create a trillion of credit, you think anyone's going away from free money?

They can't every agree on that. The problem is, the German supreme court just said they can't do it, which has them in massive pretzel. If they accept the ruling, they confirm everyone else's suspicion that the EU is just a German project. If they reject the ruling, then they confirm for everyone that the "leaders" of Europe lied their asses off about the plan to abolish each nation's sovereignty. It's a lose lose. Germany is sick of doling out cash but they want to be in charge. I can't see any way this doesn't end very badly for the EU.

Merkel said they'll work around the court, so...
