This is a typical move done by the Dems. They stonewall and try to insert things at the last minute then when the side on the right objects, the news claims neither side can get along and blames both sides equally. TOTALLY WRONG. Here the US is negotiating this agreement, language is trying to get inserted against the US objections and we're the ones who are wrong. F*** the UN and the WHO.
