It probably cost him more than that. He needs to be made whole and then get paid above and way beyond that. The man and his family suffered mightily.

I bet his direct losses are already way north of that.

then consider Sydney Powell's work, currently doing it pro-bono, however, she's well within ethical grounds to go after the FBI/DOJ for her costs on this case.

if I were Flynn, I would go for $1Bn in reputational damage, physical distress, public humiliation on a global scale, loss of assets/home/etc.

I would also be trying to claim this directly from those involved, not just the blanket FBI/DOJ (ie. the taxpayer), he should go after Strzok, Page, Mccabe, Comey, Obama, Clapper, Brennan, Muller, Weissmann, Van Grack, Yates, Shiff etc etc. and bankrupt all of them.

Bo good to see him get the largest settlement in history over this, maybe he could do it jointly with Carter Page, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, etc?

PS. don't forget he needs to sue Covington & Burling LLP out of existence

settle? I don't think so. He should force them to admit all the fucked up shit they did in open court, under oath.

Wondering if the civil case is the method/vehicle by which all this information gets put into the public sphere.

Only after all the offending parties are sent to gallows

I'd like to see everyone involved in all this bullshit pennyless, homeless and on the streets of LA waiting for Newsom to commandeer a condemned hotel for them to live in.
